Opening urchins
Recipe ingredients
20 Urchins
1 lemon
1/3 glass of Greek extra virgin olive oil
Recipe instructions
With the use of knife or a fork, open the urchins like the photos.
Remove the inner part that isn't eatable.
With the use of a tablespoon remove the eatable part like the photos.
At the end pour the lemon juice and the olive oil.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
You must always remember that all the urchins are not eatable. Always check the possibility if you can eat them. |
