Baked sea bream with ladolemono sauce

 

 

Recipe ingredients

 

  • 2 sea bream (about 1 kilo)
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/3 glass of Greek extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano spice
  • 1 tablespoon salt

 

 

Recipe instructions

 

  • With the use of a knife clean the fish from the fish scales.
  • Remove also the fish intestines. Rinse the sea breams very well.
  • Sprinkle ½ of the salt over the fishes. Leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Spread some olive oil over the grill. Place the grill in the baking pan. (See photos)
  • Place the fishes in the baking pan.
  • Preheat the oven at 200 Celsius degrees. Bake for about 35 minutes.
  • In the meanwhile prepare the ladolemono sauce.
  • In a deep plate pour and stir the olive oil, the lemon juice, the oregano spice and the rest of the salt.
  • After the baking pour the ladolemono sauce over the fishes.
