Baked sea bream with ladolemono sauce
Recipe ingredients
- 2 sea bream (about 1 kilo)
- 2 lemons
- 1/3 glass of Greek extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano spice
- 1 tablespoon salt
Recipe instructions
- With the use of a knife clean the fish from the fish scales.
- Remove also the fish intestines. Rinse the sea breams very well.
- Sprinkle ½ of the salt over the fishes. Leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Spread some olive oil over the grill. Place the grill in the baking pan. (See photos)
- Place the fishes in the baking pan.
- Preheat the oven at 200 Celsius degrees. Bake for about 35 minutes.
- In the meanwhile prepare the ladolemono sauce.
- In a deep plate pour and stir the olive oil, the lemon juice, the oregano spice and the rest of the salt.
- After the baking pour the ladolemono sauce over the fishes.
Preparation time: 1 hour
Small tips
The baking time can vary, due the different size of each fish.
